12.1 The tableplus platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older as required by PAGCOR regulations. tableplus does not knowingly collect personal data from any individual under the age of 21.
12.2 If tableplus becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, the associated account will be immediately suspended, all personal data collected from that individual will be deleted to the extent permitted by law, and the matter will be referred to the appropriate PAGCOR compliance channel.
