These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the tableplus platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, and account features available at tableplus.asia. Please read this document carefully before registering. By creating a tableplus account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
tableplus is strictly for players aged 21 years or older. This is a hard requirement under PAGCOR regulations. No exceptions. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. tableplus operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations under the PAGCOR framework. All disputes are subject to Philippine jurisdiction.
Each player may hold only one tableplus account. Duplicate accounts are a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts. Contact support to recover an existing account rather than creating a new one.
tableplus supports GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum deposit ₱100. Minimum withdrawal ₱200. KYC identity verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed.
All bonuses and promotions at tableplus carry specific wagering requirements, eligibility rules, and expiry periods. Bonus funds must be wagered in full before any withdrawal is processed. Bonus abuse will result in account suspension.
tableplus provides deposit limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to all members. Use of these tools is encouraged. tableplus reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming restrictions on any account.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "Member") and tableplus (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at tableplus.asia and all associated subdomains.
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the tableplus platform — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, fishing games, bingo rooms, crash games, wallet services, and promotional features — you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full and agree to be legally bound by all terms and conditions set out herein. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the tableplus platform.
IMPORTANT: This Agreement contains provisions that limit tableplus's liability, govern dispute resolution, and establish the rules under which your account may be suspended or terminated. Read all sections carefully before proceeding.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By clicking "Register," "Create Account," or otherwise completing the tableplus registration process, or by logging in to an existing Account, you confirm unconditional acceptance of this Agreement and all documents incorporated herein by reference, including the tableplus Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.
2.2 This Agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the tableplus platform, regardless of whether you have completed registration. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of all Terms.
2.3 tableplus reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the tableplus platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3.1 Minimum Age: Use of the tableplus platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This requirement is imposed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is non-negotiable. tableplus operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling.
3.2 By registering, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older and that you have not been previously excluded from gaming platforms or declared legally incapable of entering binding agreements.
3.3 tableplus reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a Player is unable to satisfy age verification requirements, the Account will be suspended immediately. Any balance in the Account at the time of suspension will be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.
3.4 Geographic Eligibility: The tableplus platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in their specific local jurisdiction. tableplus accepts no liability for any Player who accesses the platform from a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited.
3.5 tableplus reserves the right to block access from any jurisdiction at any time without prior notice.
AGE RESTRICTION – 21+: If you are under 21 years of age, you are prohibited from registering with or using the tableplus platform in any capacity. tableplus actively enforces this restriction and cooperates with PAGCOR to prevent underage gambling.
4.1 To access the full features of tableplus, including the ability to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds, you must register a personal Account. Registration is free.
4.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of this Agreement.
4.3 One Account Policy: Each individual may register and maintain only one tableplus Account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Any balance in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
4.4 KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, tableplus requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC). Accepted documents include:
4.5 tableplus reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including proof of address or source of funds, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
4.6 Accounts for which KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed will have withdrawal functionality suspended. Deposits and play remain available during the KYC review period unless otherwise indicated.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tableplus login credentials, including your username, email address, and password. tableplus will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
5.2 You agree to notify tableplus immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Notification must be submitted via the official tableplus live chat support channel.
5.3 tableplus is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. All actions taken using valid Account credentials are assumed to have been performed by the registered Account holder.
5.4 tableplus strongly recommends that all Players enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), available via the Account security settings panel. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.
5.5 Players must not access their tableplus Account from shared, public, or unsecured devices. tableplus accepts no liability for Account compromise arising from use of unsecured networks or shared terminals.
tableplus accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. GCash and Maya deposits are credited to the Account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits process within 15–60 minutes, subject to the sending institution's processing schedule.
tableplus does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. tableplus processes GCash and Maya withdrawals within 5–30 minutes on a 24/7 basis, subject to verification requirements. Bank transfer withdrawals process within 1–3 Philippine business days.
Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completion of KYC identity verification; (b) satisfaction of any active bonus wagering requirements; (c) compliance with all other applicable Terms. tableplus reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on the tableplus platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). tableplus does not impose platform-side transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though Players should be aware that third-party payment providers may apply their own service charges.
Note: tableplus processes withdrawals in the order they are received. Priority processing is available to VIP Gold tier and above members as a tier benefit.
7.1 tableplus offers promotional bonuses, including welcome deposit matches, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP tier benefits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.
7.2 Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds credited to a tableplus Account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; unmet requirements will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds upon expiry.
7.3 Real money funds and bonus funds are treated separately within the tableplus wallet. Real money funds are used first for wagering unless an active bonus is applied to a specific game session.
7.4 tableplus reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect the terms applicable to bonuses already credited to a Player's Account.
7.5 Bonus Abuse: tableplus actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: (a) use of duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses; (b) structured wagering designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal actual risk; (c) use of betting systems that circumvent wagering requirements. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and associated funds forfeited.
7.6 tableplus reserves the right to void any wager and/or bonus credited to an Account where the Platform determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a technical error, erroneous odds, or system malfunction contributed to the outcome.
8.1 All Games available on the tableplus platform are governed by individual game rules provided by the respective game supplier. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules applicable to each Game before placing a wager.
8.2 All slot games, crash games, and RNG-based table games on the tableplus platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed in each game's information panel.
8.3 Live dealer games are broadcast in real time from licensed studio environments. tableplus does not exercise any influence over the outcome of live dealer game events.
8.4 Sports betting outcomes at tableplus are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the recognised governing body. tableplus's settlement decisions are final subject to manifest error.
8.5 In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, tableplus's server-side records of the game state at the time of disconnection will be used to determine the applicable outcome. tableplus accepts no liability for losses arising from disconnection events caused by the Player's device or network.
8.6 tableplus reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced or where a system error resulted in the acceptance of a bet at incorrect odds.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tableplus platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account suspension:
FRAUD AND FINANCIAL CRIME: tableplus cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and PAGCOR in investigating suspected fraud, money laundering, and financial crime. All suspicious activity is reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 9160 as amended).
10.1 tableplus is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time through the Account settings panel:
10.2 If you believe you may have a gambling problem, tableplus strongly encourages you to make use of the responsible gaming tools described above and to seek support. Our Responsible Gaming page at tableplus.asia/responsible-gaming contains further information and guidance.
10.3 tableplus staff are trained to recognise indicators of problem gambling and are authorised to apply responsible gaming restrictions to any Account where such indicators are identified, including without the Account holder's specific request.
10.4 tableplus strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement as part of its responsible gaming commitment. Any Account determined to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
11.1 All content on the tableplus platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, game interfaces, logos, trademarks, and audio-visual material — is the exclusive property of tableplus or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the tableplus platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any tableplus content.
11.3 Use of the tableplus name, logo, or any associated trade marks without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tableplus's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the tableplus platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 tableplus shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill; (c) damages arising from events outside tableplus's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, or actions of third-party payment providers.
12.3 tableplus does not warrant that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.
12.4 Nothing in this Agreement limits tableplus's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by tableplus's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by tableplus; (c) any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 tableplus collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with the tableplus Privacy Policy, available at tableplus.asia/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).
13.2 By registering with tableplus, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and platform usage.
13.3 tableplus implements 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and maintains technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the personal data processed.
13.4 tableplus may disclose Player data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and financial institutions where required by Philippine law, including in connection with anti-money laundering obligations under Republic Act 9160.
14.1 tableplus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where tableplus determines in its reasonable judgment that the Account holder has violated any provision of this Agreement, engaged in prohibited activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
14.2 Upon Account closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account will be returned to the Account holder via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of any wagering obligations. Bonus Funds credited to a closed Account are forfeited.
14.3 Players may voluntarily close their tableplus Account at any time by contacting live chat support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 2 Philippine business days.
14.4 tableplus's decision to suspend or close an Account due to a verified breach of these Terms is final and not subject to appeal unless the Account holder can demonstrate manifest error in tableplus's determination.
15.1 tableplus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date.
15.2 For material amendments — those that significantly affect Player rights or obligations — tableplus will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to all registered Players before the amended Terms take effect.
15.3 If a Player does not agree to any amended Terms, they must close their Account before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the tableplus platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
16.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the tableplus platform shall first be submitted to tableplus's customer support team for informal resolution. tableplus commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 10 Philippine business days.
16.3 If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
16.4 tableplus's decisions regarding game outcomes, technical malfunctions, account determinations, and bet settlements are final and binding, subject only to manifest error as determined by tableplus in its sole discretion.
